We are delighted to be representing a well-established UK-based manufacturing company in their search for a Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team in Canterbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality management systems within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. The Role:

  • Maintain and update training records to ensure compliance and staff development.
  • Oversee new employee inductions, onboarding processes, and initial interviews.
  • Assist in disciplinary investigations and ensure due process is followed.
  • Maintain internal and external records for equipment and workplace safety.
  • Organise H&S meetings, toolbox talks, and display safety minutes and reports.
  • Set H&S objectives, lead training, and monitor asbestos.
  • Conduct and implement risk assessments, COSHH, and legal compliance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a demanding workload.
  • Computer literate with a strong knowledge in all MS Office applications.
  • A meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
