Shift pattern will include weekend working - Need to be able to be flexible

Responsible for ensuring all Admin in the department is accurate, timely and organised. Will ensure Despatch Operatives have the correct paperwork. Keeping all filing up to date and accurate

  • To Print Orders with Minimum Date
  • To prepare Load Plans for Despatch
  • To send Aldi Transport Provisional Booking
  • To ensure all Load Plans and Delivery Notes are correct.
  • To Book transport for retailer
  • To create Manual Delivery Notes
  • To print out Delivery Notes from customers websites
  • Create and close Loose Job Sheets
  • To Check the Minus sheet for missing product.
  • To Print the Minus Sheet to give to Despatch Operatives
  • To Organize Load Collections when required.
  • To Organize the Pallet Split for the Retailers.
  • Filling and uploading details for P2D
  • To allocate arriving trucks for loading bays and collecting the keys once truck on the bay
  • To make sure all drivers are signing in upon their arrival and out once they're leaving
  • To look for ways of improving the Processes and Systems.
