Sonic Summary

The position involves ensuring that all administrative tasks in the department are accurate, timely, and organized.
Responsibilities include preparing load plans for dispatch, booking transport for goods, and ensuring all documentation is correct.
The role requires keeping filing up to date and managing the arrival of trucks at loading bays.
This is a full-time job with a shift pattern from Friday to Tuesday, 7 am to 7 pm, and requires weekend availability.
The pay ranges from £11.85 to £13.42 per hour, and prior experience in a similar role is required.

Responsible for ensuring all Admin in the department is accurate, timely and organised. Will ensure Dispatch Operatives have the correct paperwork. Keeping all filing up to date and accurate.

Main Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility:

· To Print Orders with Minimum Date

· To prepare Load Plans for Dispatch

· Booking Transports for goods

· To ensure all Load Plans and Delivery Notes are correct

· To create Manual Delivery Notes

· To print out Delivery Notes from customers websites

· To allocate arriving trucks for loading bays and collecting the keys once truck on the bay

· To make sure all drivers are signing in upon their arrival and out once they're leaving

Shift Pattern: Friday to Tuesday, 7 am till 7 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.85-£13.42 per hour
