Graduate Town Planner - KentSalary: £23,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

An independent and forward-thinking planning consultancy is seeking a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career within a consultancy that provides creative and strategic planning advice across a range of sectors, predominantly in Kent and the South East.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the team in delivering high-quality planning solutions, working collaboratively with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. The role involves:

  • Assisting with site appraisals and research into development potential.
  • Supporting the coordination and submission of planning applications.
  • Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate successful planning outcomes.
  • Contributing to the promotion of land through the Local Plan process.
  • Helping to prepare planning statements, appeal documentation, and community engagement materials.
