About Our Client:We are a leading law firm based in Kent, currently expanding our Commercial Property team due to increased demand. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a dynamic and friendly team committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of commercial property law, including but not limited to:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts subject to planning
  • Managing sales and purchases of commercial properties
  • Overseeing asset sales and purchases
  • Handling overages and options
  • Facilitating commercial lending
  • Granting and assigning leases
  • Running your own transactions on a day-to-day basis while assisting with the team’s property development caseload
  • Acting for a diverse range of clients, including developers, occupiers, high-net-worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers
  • Developing and growing our commercial client offering
