Job Title: Litigation Associate/Senior Associate
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Location: Canterbury or Margate
Overview:
My client, a leading Legal 500 regional firm with multiple offices across Kent are seeking an experienced Litigation all-rounder to join a widely respected Litigation team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have experience across both civil and commercial litigation and will be able to manage a busy caseload while also supporting more junior team members.
Duties include:
- Managing a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters including but not limited to;
- Employment matters
- Property law – including landlord and tenant
- Probate and will disputes
- Boundary disputes
- Frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court
- Assisting with the investigation and litigation of complex cases
- Drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts
The successful candidate will have/be:
- 3+ years PQE
- Ideally experience across both commercial and civil litigation
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- Commercially astute and technically strong
Package:
- £50,000 - £60,000
- Discretionary bonus scheme
