We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Legal Secretary to support this highly respected and committed Vulnerable Client team in the provision of outstanding, specialist care, effectively managing their client’s affairs and protecting their assets. Day to day you will assist with:
  • Client contact - dealing with vulnerable, elderly clients
  • Attending client visits with fee earners
  • Audio dictation and typing
  • Document and correspondence preparation
  • Case and file management
About You:
  • You will be comfortable and experienced in dealing sensitively with clients
  • Experienced Legal Secretary, ideally within vulnerable client, or private client teams.
  • Outstanding degree of accuracy within your work.
  • Fast, accurate typing and audio dictation skill
  • Experience with Bighand will be advantageous.
  • Highly collaborative, flexible and willing to support Legal Secretary team.
  • Happy to attend client visits with fee earners.
