Your primary duties will involve managing the classroom, ensuring students are engaged, and addressing any behavioural issues in line with the school's behaviour policy. You'll also be responsible for keeping students focused, assisting them with understanding the lesson objectives and providing additional support where necessary.In addition to managing the class, you will liaise with teaching staff to provide feedback on student participation, progress, and any challenges encountered during the lesson.
