This exciting opportunity offers the chance to grow and take on a leadership position in a young and exciting team.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of agricultural tenancy law.
- Play a pivotal leadership role within a values-driven rural consultancy team based in Kent.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to address the evolving challenges in the countryside across residential, commercial, and woodland sectors.
- Identify and lead land management opportunities, including regenerative agriculture, community engagement, in-hand business ventures, and nature-based solutions for clients.
- Utilise strong business acumen to drive a high-performance culture and contribute to the development and execution of a strategic business growth plan.
- RICS and/or CAAV qualified professional.
- Extensive experience within the rural property sector.
- Proven ability to manage diverse land portfolios with varying objectives.
- A proactive team player with a passion for mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
