Associate - Rural Asset Manager

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to grow and take on a leadership position in a young and exciting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of agricultural tenancy law.
  • Play a pivotal leadership role within a values-driven rural consultancy team based in Kent.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address the evolving challenges in the countryside across residential, commercial, and woodland sectors.
  • Identify and lead land management opportunities, including regenerative agriculture, community engagement, in-hand business ventures, and nature-based solutions for clients.
  • Utilise strong business acumen to drive a high-performance culture and contribute to the development and execution of a strategic business growth plan.
Candidate Profile:
  • RICS and/or CAAV qualified professional.
  • Extensive experience within the rural property sector.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse land portfolios with varying objectives.
  • A proactive team player with a passion for mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
