The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of school construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for school projects.
  • Monitor project costs, providing regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address financial challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in managing school projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to completion.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
