Our client is a family-run estate agency and is currently looking to recruit a Sales Valuer to join the team within their friendly office in Canterbury. Working within the senior team, you will be building on the current success of their sales side and elevate it to the next level and beyond, giving particular focus to the higher end properties as they develop that side of the business further.
You will work together as part of a team and individually to generate new business leads, following through to instruction. Our client has a lot of exciting things in their pipeline, opening doors for future progression opportunities.

Work/life balance is important to the company and have reflected this in the working hours. You will start your day at 8.30am and finish at 5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday working is on a rota 1 in 3 from 9am to 3pm, with a weekday back in lieu. 37.5 hours per week.
The salary on offer will include a basic of £30,000, with an OTE of £45,000 to include personal commission for listings and sales, and also FS and solicitor referrals.
