Description
- Manage the reception area and handle inquiries in a courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and events
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and anticipating needed supplies
- Perform data entry and file management tasks
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Profile
A successful Temp Receptionist should have:
- A good standard of education, including English and Maths
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £12.60 to £15.40 per hour
- Hours can either be part time (9-3:30 mon - fri) or can accommodate full time hours.
