The Role – Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our branch, ensuring smooth operations, maximising profitability, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage inventory, overseeing stock levels and minimising shortages

  • Lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

  • Take ownership of site management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and networking

  • Conduct sales activities both on-site and during client meetings, showcasing our extensive product range

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop growth strategies and expand our market presence
