A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an Assistant Building Services Manager to support the Building Services Team in Kent, Surrey, and Sussex.
The position involves technical assistance, quality assurance, and coordination of MEP elements on-site and in the Kent office, with remote work options available.
Candidates should possess an understanding of assurance processes, codes of practice, standards, and relevant statutory documentation.
A qualification in Building Services or MEP is required, along with prior experience in a similar role.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, typically requiring a minimum of 3 years in the field.

Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor are searching for an Assistant Builidng Services Manager toassist the Building Services Team withtechnical, QA and co-ordination of MEP elements on project based in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. The role will be based on site and in their office in Kent with the opportunity to work from home.

You will have an understanding ofassurance processes, codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation and will have a qualifiction within Building Services orMEP
