You’ll be responsible for ensuring that mortgage applications are processed smoothly from start to finish, while delivering excellent customer service.Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full mortgage application process, from submission through to completion
- Liaising with brokers, clients, and lenders to gather required documents and provide updates
- Maintaining and updating client records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with the sale of building and contents insurance (no prior experience required - training provided)
- Handling client queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting the team with administrative duties and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
The Mortgage Administrator Package
- £26k base salary with an OTE of £30k
- Quarterly performance bonus

Mortgage Administrator Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage Administrator
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mortgage processes and documentation requirements
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
