Reed Accountancy & Finance is thrilled to partner with a well-established construction business in Canvey Island to find a dedicated Finance / Office Manager. This site-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team and take on a diverse range of responsibilities, with a strong focus on finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger: Manage and maintain accurate records.
  • Bookkeeping and Payroll: Ensure timely and precise financial transactions.
  • Management Accounts: Prepare and analyse financial statements.
  • Statutory Returns: Handle compliance and reporting requirements.
  • H&S Compliance: Oversee health and safety regulations.
  • General Office Administration: Support daily office operations.
  • Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • ISO Audit and Compliance: Assist with ISO standards (experience not essential).
