Initially, the role will have a narrow scope, focusing on immediate priorities, but it will expand significantly in a permanent capacity. - Financial Forecasting and Budgeting
- Develop accurate financial forecasts and long-term financial plans that align with the company's objectives.
- Monitor and analyze variances, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Strategic Planning Support
- Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business strategies and investment decisions.
- Assist in evaluating the financial impact of key business initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Data Visualisation
- Enhance the presentation of financial information through advanced data visualisations and clear reporting.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to stakeholders effectively.
Process Efficiencies
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes using technology.
- Implement and maintain tools or systems to enhance data accuracy and process automation.
The person specification
Proven experience in FP&A or a related finance role.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python or similar data visualisation software.
A track record of improving processes and leveraging technology for efficiency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A self-starter with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, growing environment.
