Salary: 74,000 - 85,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 2 days on-site, with flexibility)

About the Head of Financial Intelligence role:
Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working alongside a leading NHS organisation in Cardiff to recruit a Head Financial Intelligence. Our client is looking to make a key appointment to the Senior Management Team to be responsible for the co-ordination and provision of financial intelligence that might impact agenda.
Key responsibilities of the Head of Financial Intelligence:
- Financial Intelligence, ensuring that value, is an integral part of the arrangements
- Resource planning: ensuring that the strategic and operational plans are developed
- Forward thinking, ensuring financial forecasts and modelling are developed and embedded
- Financial monitoring
Required skills and experience of the Head of Financial Intelligence:
- Fully qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial management and accounts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills with ability to lead.
- Experience in delivering financial strategy and intelligence at a senior level.
