We are seeking a dedicated and competent Senior Management Accountant, with a strong background in FMCG, to join our Accounting & Finance department and help our company achieve its financial objectives.

Our client is a well-established, large organisation within the FMCG industry. Situated across two sites, Swansea and Llantristant, they pride themselves on their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Description
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Manage and mentor a small finance team
- Review and analyse financial data to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Monitor and control expenditure against budgets
- Implement cost-saving strategies and efficiency improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and manage audit processes
Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Strong knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in managing financial audits and compliance processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed business decisions
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range between £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
- A performance-related bonus of up to 5%
