Our client, a successful and well-established business based in East Cardiff, is looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role is part of a small, close-knit finance team and reports to a supportive and diligent Accounts Manager.
As part of a wider group of businesses, the company offers great opportunities to develop your skills and gain exposure to other areas of finance over time.
A key focus of this role is credit control, so some experience—and an interest—in this area is important. The role involves working with bespoke systems, so confidence with financial software would be beneficial. Additionally, there will be opportunities to get involved in wider finance projects from time to time, so a willingness to learn and contribute across the team is highly valued.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that genuinely values its people. They’ve fostered a warm, positive culture where employees are supported and encouraged to thrive.
If this sounds like your next career move in finance, we’d love to tell you more.
