We are seeking a General Administrator to join our team, focusing on claims processing for car finance. This role involves handling cases and communicating via email, without the need for phone calls. It’s ideal for individuals who excel in written communication and meticulous documentation. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Review and process claims related to car finance.
  • Handle all case correspondence through emails, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information to process claims efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards in the processing of claims.
  • Monitor and report on the status of pending claims and any issues encountered.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in claims processing or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to handle all case correspondence via email.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using office and database software for record keeping and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience with GDPR handling and knowledge
