- Work closely with the Marketing Executive to create and refine bilingual content, including case studies, internal communications, and marketing materials.
- Manage social media channels by scheduling and posting content in both English and Welsh.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities—especially within Welsh language and culture.
- Help plan and deliver events, ensuring all materials align with the brand and are presented bilingually.
- Translate internal and external communications, ensuring accessibility and consistency in both languages.
- Support the maintenance of relevant accreditation and promote Welsh language resources across the business.
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year’s experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in Welsh is essential.
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company).
- A CIM qualification is a plus.
