The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Associate Director to join our Cardiff team. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead and drive major projects, provide strategic guidance to clients, and contribute to the growth and direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage significant planning projects across a variety of sectors.
  • Provide strategic planning advice to clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, contributing to business development and securing new opportunities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Take an active role in shaping the direction and growth of the team and wider business.

Requirements:

  • Fully accredited RTPI qualifications and Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
  • Proven experience in leading planning projects and teams, ideally within residential and mixed-use developments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and track record of developing new business.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, balance priorities, and deliver results.
