Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Associate Town Planning Director to lead and develop our planning team, working on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

The Role as an Associate Director
As an Associate Town Planning Director, you will:

Lead and manage complex planning projects, providing strategic advice to clients.
Drive business development opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Oversee and mentor a team of planners, fostering a high-performance culture.
Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to navigate planning processes.
Ensure projects comply with planning policies and regulatory requirements.

About You as an Associate Director
We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded leader who brings:

A degree in Town Planning (or related field) and MRTPI accreditation.
Proven experience in strategic and development planning.
A strong track record in business development and client engagement.
Excellent knowledge of UK planning regulations and policy frameworks.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a successful team.
