Job Overview

Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Band 5/6 Audiologist on a locum basis to join our Audiology team at the University Hospital of Wales and West Quay Medical Centre. This position focuses on adult rehabilitation within the NHS, providing essential audiological services to patients. Candidates must have prior NHS experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adult Rehabilitation including:
    • Hearing aid repairs
    • ENT cover
    • Hearing aid fittings
    • Conducting direct referral hearing assessments
    • Performing hearing aid reassessments
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • NHS Experience: Prior experience within the NHS is essential.
  • Audiology Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Audiology.
