My client is a fantastic organisation and due to an internal restructure and career progression an opening has become available as a Finance/Customer Service Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth billing processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role is being offered initially on a 3-month temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling billing operations, including invoice entry and resolving queries
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Using Excel for administrative tasks
  • Growing into additional responsibilities over time
  • Be point of contact for customer services/finance questions and queries over email and phone
  • Cover for cash postings whilst other team members are off
  • General finance admin support

Reporting into the Financial Controller and supporting the wider finance team, my client is looking for someone eager to begin their finance journey. If you have experience in finance and customer service and are ready to learn and grow within a thriving organisation, this role is for you!
