Hooray are delighted to be supporting a leading provider of health & social care services to assist in the recruitment for a Maintenance Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Maintenance Officer, you will:

  • Carry out work to agreed time frames whilst ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy, with all tools/equipment removed
  • Ensure that company vehicles are kept clean and tidy
  • Ensure vehicle checks as prescribed are carried out in a timely manner
  • Contribute suggested improvements or changes within your area of expertise
  • Work independently and as part of a team depending on projects
  • Participate in the on-call system for emergency works
  • Follow health & safety guidelines at all times

To be successful as a Maintenance Officer, you will:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Have demonstrable experience working within a facilities/maintenance team
  • Be willing to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Be multi-skilled and able to support on first fix works

In return, my client are offering an annual salary of £28,000. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position with on-call responsibility.
