As a Maintenance Officer, you will:
- Carry out work to agreed time frames whilst ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy, with all tools/equipment removed
- Ensure that company vehicles are kept clean and tidy
- Ensure vehicle checks as prescribed are carried out in a timely manner
- Contribute suggested improvements or changes within your area of expertise
- Work independently and as part of a team depending on projects
- Participate in the on-call system for emergency works
- Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
To be successful as a Maintenance Officer, you will:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have demonstrable experience working within a facilities/maintenance team
- Be willing to work on your own and as part of a team
- Be multi-skilled and able to support on first fix works
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of £28,000. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position with on-call responsibility.
