Job Title: Talent acquisition advisorLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)Reports To: Recruitment Manager12 MonthsJob Overview:As a Talent acquisition advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across a variety of roles. You will manage client relationships, understand their staffing needs, and proactively recruit top talent. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attracting and screening candidates to placements, with a strong focus on executing and managing recruitment campaigns. You will also contribute to recruitment campaigns for multiple roles across different sectors.Key Responsibilities:
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  •  Use a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent for client vacancies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Lead and execute recruitment campaigns for multiple roles, ensuring campaigns are designed and implemented effectively to meet client needs. This includes creating strategies, monitoring their success, and adjusting tactics as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labour market conditions, and best practices to offer valuable advice and support to clients.
  • Manage negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements and positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, placements, and campaign outcomes, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and attract new clients through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment, with strong experience in managing recruitment campaigns for multiple roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning, executing, and managing successful recruitment campaigns, including measuring their effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • A strong understanding of relevant employment laws, recruitment best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns at once, while working to deadlines and prioritising tasks.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive successful placements and meet client needs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software, job boards, and other tools to streamline recruitment processes and track campaign performance.
