Currently working with a Digital Agency based in Cardiff who have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The role benefits from a competitive starting salary plus a generous commission package and offers remote working.

As Business Development Manager you will work closely with the Managing Director to focus on driving the company's growth and seeking new sales of their core services: image, motion and interactive 3D solutions.

Key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Re-engaging lapsed clients.
  • Developing and executing effective, targeted sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborating with the account management team to support growth and customer retention.
  • Creating and executing compelling sales pitches that resonate with customers.
  • Providing regular and detailed reports on sales activities to company stakeholders.

The key skills required for the Business Development Manager will be:

  • Experience in finding and generating new business sales.
  • The ability to motivate and build strong relationships with the studio to help drive enthusiasm.
  • Experience within a client / agency environment is preferable.
  • An interest in 3D related tech and its commercial applications.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good IT, budget and report-writing skills.

In return you will receive an excellent base salary and commission package as well as potential share options and other benefits. This role offers remote working with travel to client sites around the UK, but mainly focused in London and the South East.
