We are delighted to be working with this growing digital transformation business based in Cardiff in helping them find a talented and results driven Senior Marketing Executive for this newly created role.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for helping this business generate new custom through creative and modern marketing techniques. You will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various marketing campaigns, including paid social media, email marketing, webinars, and events.

The job

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across different channels and platforms, using data and analytics to measure and optimise performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Implement marketing strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Develop workflows, emails, and lists to drive ROI, analysing customer insights, and organising key business events.
  • Ensure brand consistency, quality control and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, case studies, landing pages, webinars, and newsletters, as well as leveraging analytics to optimise campaign performance.
  • Work with a third-party SEO partner, implementing the digital marketing strategy (SEO/SEM).
  • Measure, analyse and report on the performance of all campaigns and assessing against goals with the focus on delivering insights, learnings and future recommendations.
  • Database and CRM management to optimise targeting and delivery.
  • Identify and build automation flows across the CRM, WordPress, and other digital channels to ensure a brilliant experience for new and existing customers.
  • Liaise with and work alongside our business partners to build collaborative campaigns, that are within brand guidelines and align with business objectives.

The person specification

  • Have at least 3 years experience in a B2B environment, a tech background is of particular interest
  • Ideally have a degree in a relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid social campaigns (knowledge & experience of using LinkedIn campaigns/Google Ads)
  • Demonstrable paid social campaign experience - planning, strategy, activation, optimisation and reporting
  • Strong skills in Google analytics and other reporting tools
  • Demonstrate a broad understanding of digital platforms including display, performance and mobile
  • Proficient with Excel and reporting to stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst demonstrating a calm approach when working under pressure
