We have an exciting opportunity for an SEO Manager to join a leading Cardiff-based company in the heart of the city. This is an office-based role with a salary of circa £60,000 and excellent benefits. As SEO Manager, you will drive organic visibility, traffic, and revenue growth while leading a dynamic team of seven SEO specialists. • Develop and implement the SEO strategy to boost organic traffic and revenue.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO and content specialists.
• Conduct in-depth technical audits and oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
• Perform keyword research and execute content optimisation and link-building strategies.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.

• Proven track record of driving traffic and revenue growth through SEO.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing SEO teams.
• Expertise in tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, and Search Console.

• Salary: £60,000 (depending on experience).
