Your Role

As an Early YearsPractitioner, you will:

  • Engage children (ages 3-11) in fun, educational activities
  • Support the Manager in planning and delivering activity programs
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and parents
  • Take on Key Worker responsibilities when required

What Were Looking For

  • Experience working with children aged 3-11 years
  • Minimum Level 3 Childcare or Play Worker Level 3 (pre-2014) qualification
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with parents
  • Willingness to step into supervisory responsibilities when needed
