- Hybrid working in Cardiff 1-2 days a week max

I am currently supporting my not-for-profit client to recruit a contractor with expertise in Cloud and Contact Centre Architecture to lead an exciting new project.
We are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:
-Cloud Architecture
-Excellent experience with CCaaS technologies
-Amazon Connect Platform

-NICE Workforce Management Software
