Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for a Cloud Architect who can support an ongoing project to modernise a contact centre platform. Our client are transitioning from a privately hosted cloud platform to a cloud-based Amazon alternative, which will integrate with the WFM solution.

So, we're looking for an architect with good experience in CCaaS technologies, ideally someone who's worked directly with Amazon's Connect Platform. Bonus points if you also worked with NICE WFM!

This is a hybrid role with the likely requirement to be on site 1 to 2 days per week or as project dictates.
