Customer Service Team Leader

£16.90ph - £18.00ph

Location: Cardiff (CF15) - free parking onsite / local transport links include easy bus and train stations for non-drivers.

Working week is Monday to Friday.

Hours are 9.00-5.15pm.

Working pattern: Mondays are office based for all staff, with everyone being allocated 1 set day a week WFH +1 extra Friday a month WFH for everyone.

Are you available for immediate work, if so, we have an urgent need to fill a Team Leaders role for our financial services client in Cardiff.

You'll be responsible for pro-actively overseeing the activities of your team, as well as being hands-on within their busy in-bound department.

Ideally, you'll have previous experience from a regulated industry - financial services, insurance, pensions. But if you had a solid background in another call centre environment, we'd like to also consider your experience.

Initially the role is being offered on a 3-month contract, with a high possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right individual.
