The position is for an Outbound Call Centre role, which is a full-time, permanent job with a base salary of £23k and an OTE of £29-30k.
This remote role requires candidates to have experience in call centre, retail sales, customer service, telesales, or field sales.
Employees will make 150-200 outbound calls daily and are expected to achieve sales targets of 7-10 per day.
A quiet workspace at home is necessary, along with comfort in remote working and a strong desire to exceed targets while adhering to compliance.
The job offers excellent training, incentives, discounted products, and no weekend work, with the latest shift ending at 19:00.

Outbound – Call Centre - Remote Full time – Permanent - Monday-Friday – No weekends£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k Fully Remote – equipment provided 37.5 hours a week.Role summary:You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.Key responsibilities:

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
