We are seeking aService Advisorfor our renowned multi-franchise site in Cardiff. You'll be the friendly face our customers see when they come in for servicing and repairs, bridging the gap between them and our skilled technicians.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers
• Listen attentively to their requests and concerns
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Provide accurate cost estimates
• Conduct thorough inspections

You will play a crucial role in understanding vehicle issues, setting repair timelines, and clearly communicating these details to our technicians, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Support Service Desk:Handle incoming phone enquiries.
• Clear Communication:Explain costs to customers clearly.
• Schedule Management:Agree on arrival and collection times.
• Daily Operations:Assist the service manager in daily operations.
• Customer Retention:Build lasting relationships with our customers.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday:8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Every Third Saturday:8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (on rotation)
• Lunch Break:60 minutes daily

What Were Looking For

• Full driving license
• Experience as a franchise service advisor (minimum 1 year)
• VAG experience is a bonus, but not required (VAG Accreditation looked upon favourably)
• Familiarity with Kerridge/ADP/Keyloop is a plus

Compensation

• Salary:£26,500.00 - £30,000.00 per year, with up to £5,000 additional OTE
• Supplemental Pay:Bonus scheme
• Experience:Main dealer experience (minimum 1 year required)

Location

• Cardiff CF11 8WD:Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
