Due to growth, they’re looking to recruit a large number of experienced Customer Service Advisors throughout 2025 to work on a full-time basis in their contact centre operation in Cardiff.   About The Role   This role will see you answering inbound calls from existing customers who have already purchased an insurance policy and are looking for customer service support. Using a user-friendly system, you’ll support the customer to resolve their issue which could be updating an address or payment details, making adjustments to an existing insurance policy, or any generic customer service enquiry.   You’ll be engaging with customers from all over the UK, across all demographics, dealing with the young and the older generation, so it’s key to build rapport quickly and possess great empathy and patience when required. These skills alongside objection handling will ultimately deliver a great service. Salary & Commission   This role is paying a basic salary between £24,000 and £28,000, dependant on experience. To offer a career path and fantastic opportunities for progression within the business, our client has created a clear roadmap for your first 3 years employed, outlining how your salary can increase to £29,000, with pre-set reviews at pre-agreed intervals, where realistic targets and hard work will be rewarded with staggered salary increases.   Logistics   The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Cardiff. Your first month will require in-depth training, during which the working hours are set at 9am to 5:30pm. Once you conclude your training and are ready to start operating fully in your new role, the hours will fall between 8:30am and 8pm Monday to Friday, plus weekend shifts ranging between 9am to 5:30pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 5pm on Sundays. When working a weekend shift you’ll receive a day off in lieu.   Interview Process   There will be a one-stage, in-person interview process, and our client are looking to meet candidates immediately.   This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP.
