Customer Service Hub Officer needed in Cardiff, £12.38ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1444333

To provide a professional Advice Service, by telephone or face to face covering all aspects of Housing Benefit, Council Tax, Welfare Benefit, Welfare Reform, Money Advice, Housing Enquiries, Homeless prevention and a wide range of general services.

Alternative Saturdays on a rota basis 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
