Main duties:Responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries and claims, collaborating with departments to ensure a seamless experience, and maintaining customer satisfaction

The candidate:- Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian (written and spoken)- Customer-oriented with a passion for providing excellent service- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders- Skilled in building positive, productive relationships with customers and team members- Adaptable to changing priorities, schedules, and customer needs- Self-motivated and proactive, able to meet targets and deadlines independently- Attentive to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and documentation- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficientlyThe salary: £27,000 per annumFrench Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
