Were working with an incredible company looking to add an SEO Lead to the team, and to take ownership of the organic search strategy, ensuring strong visibility and business growth. As part of a collaborative digital marketing team, youll work closely with Content, PR, Web Development, and Paid Search to optimise performance across all digital channels. With a focus on technical excellence, content alignment, and data-driven decision-making, youll play a key role in driving the business success. What Youll Be Doing
  • Developing and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of SEO and content specialists.
  • Conducting in-depth SEO analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Monitoring search engine algorithm updates and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital efforts.
  • Presenting performance insights, recommendations, and results to stakeholders
Experience Youll Need
  • Proven success in implementing and managing SEO strategies.
  • Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate SEO data into actionable insights.
  • Experience adapting to search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
  • Confidence in communicating SEO performance and strategies to key stakeholders.
