We are excited to offer the opportunity for motivated and caring Teaching Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for working with pupils with additional learning needs, including those with autism and/or profound and complex needs. Our school is part of a respected federation and has a long history of collaboration and innovation in educational practices.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support classes at specific times of day to enhance the variety of experiences offered to pupils.
  • Provide intensive support during specific activities and/or times of the day, primarily between 11am – 2pm, although some flexibility may be available.
  • Focus on developing pupils' learning, communication, independence, and wellbeing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic about developing pupils' educational and personal growth.
  • Experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with additional learning needs.
  • Positive and nurturing attitude, capable of encouraging and supporting pupils effectively.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
