You'll make sure they feel confident, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

  • Guide students through onboarding, helping them access their courses and understand the learning platform
  • Provide empathetic, responsive support via email, phone, and social media (including WhatsApp groups)
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as login problems or platform access
  • Maintain accurate records and suggest improvements to the student journey
  • Represent the company at open days and graduation events

What experience you'll bring to the role:

  • A background in customer service or student support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence using IT systems (Google Suite, CRM platforms, etc.)
