Yolk Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with an online education provider to find a student advisor who will be a support and first point of contact for students, supporting them from enrolment through to graduation. You'll make sure they feel confident, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
- Guide students through onboarding, helping them access their courses and understand the learning platform
- Provide empathetic, responsive support via email, phone, and social media (including WhatsApp groups)
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as login problems or platform access
- Maintain accurate records and suggest improvements to the student journey
- Represent the company at open days and graduation events
What experience you'll bring to the role:
- A background in customer service or student support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence using IT systems (Google Suite, CRM platforms, etc.)
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude
