Following a successful year, our client is expanding giving you the opportunity to head up their Permanent recruitment offering alongside a very successful Temp team.

This role would suit an experienced billing Health and Social Care Perm Recruiter who wants to help build a national Perm team with the best professional support in the business.
- Salary - up to £40,000 per annum with guaranteed bonus as an introduction

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years Perm recruitment experience within Health and Social care.
- Enjoys the challenge of Business Development as well as working with both candidates and clients to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- The drive to build a successful team around them.
- Passion, enthusiasm and commitment.
- A full driving license.
