Executive Assistant - Temporary ContractEnd date 31/03/2025Hyprid Working - Commutable to Cardiff£16.10 per hourProviding the highest level of professional support to and Executive TeamYou will be working with three broad teams of support staff covering operationsDuties to includeManaging diariesArranging travel and booking accommodationProvide secretariat support at various meetingsDevelop good working relationships internally and externally with all key stakeholdersDealing with enquiries and acting as first point of contact for more complex enquiries (internal and external), ensuring courtesy and confidentiality and adherence with GDPR.Be the business administrator for your management team, including co-ordinating the management of risk, action, decision and issues logs, recruitment decisions and communications.Research and preparation of documents and presentations and other material to support the work of your directorate.Experience in all Microsoft Office applications ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Relevant experience of working in an administration or PA role supporting senior level managers and stakeholders, including experience of dealing with highly sensitive matters.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levelsIf you are interested in applying for this role please click on apply
