As Finance Director, you’ll be at the heart of financial strategy, working closely with the founders to drive sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, requiring both strategic vision and the ability to roll up your sleeves in a small start up.Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading financial strategy, forecasting, and planning to support business growth.
  • Overseeing M&A activity, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Building and scaling finance operations, including systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Providing commercial insights to guide strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for: 
  • Proven experience as a Finance Director (or senior finance leader).
  • Strong M&A experience – from due diligence to deal execution and integration.
  • A background in startups, scale-ups would be beneficial.
  • Hands-on approach – comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
  • A commercial mindset, with experience working closely with founders and investors.
