SJC Partners’ sister business, The Finance Director Group are recruiting a Fractional CFO/FD for an innovative Healthcare business based in Cardiff. The business has more than doubled in turnover year on year and is planning to achieve £8m turnover by 2028. The business is now seeking to raise investment for global market entry and are looking for a CFO to help them achieve their goals. The CFO will play a strategic part in growing the business and helping them to achieve this significant fundraise. The successful candidate will be lead the investment process so experience of working in the finance function of a business that has undergone a fundraise is essential. There is scope for this role to evolve as the business expands Globally and heads towards a potential sale. Experience within the Healthcare sector is a must.
