Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver project controls on all projects through the application of consistent processes, methods, and governance.
  • Apply best practice scheduling techniques to optimise schedules, identify and resolve conflicts, and assist in the development and maintenance of project plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, manage day-to-day accounting activities, and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Collate financial and management reports, dashboards, and track and analyse performance information.
  • Support audits of the projects and assist with compliance with contractual requirements such as project milestones and applications for payment.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including actions, issues risks logs, and documentation management checklists.
  • Raise Purchase orders for project expenditure and track through the financial reporting process.
  • Develop strong working relationships with project managers, internal stakeholders, and delivery partners.
  • Contribute to the development of project-related processes, methods, tools, templates, and systems to support efficient project delivery.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required by the Project Manager and PMO Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree-level education or relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Advanced user of MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, finance/controlling processes, and tools.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels (internally and externally).
