Equity Release Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert equity release advice to clients seeking to unlock the value of their property
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions based on their financial goals
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Help clients make informed decisions for their retirement and long-term financial planning
Equity Release Advisor Requirements:
- Experience in financial services or a similar advisory role
- Full qualification in Equity Release (ER1, CeMAP, CeRER or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with a client-first mentality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
